Payment Options: Cash and eftpos payments are available. All payments are strictly nonrefundable. After pay is also available for services over $150.
Deposits: All deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your appointment with enough notice given your deposit will be transferred to a new booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments are applicable, granted that 48 hours’ notice is provided. Without this notice given a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel the day of your appointment or NO SHOW you will be required to cover 100% of your appointment. Public holiday surcharges apply.
Upon rescheduling a tattoo appointment, 72 hours’ notice must be given. The deposit will be transferred to hold the new booking.
Rescheduling of appointments is only applicable once per appointment. Not enough notice given will result in the forfeiting of the deposit. All tattoo deposits are strictly non- refundable.

I have the right to reschedule any appointment if unforeseen circumstances arise.
Tattoo Clients: Full disclosure of previous tattooing is mandatory. Disclosing this information is necessary to aid in the determination of whether a correction or new tattoo is possible. Failure to disclose this information will result in the inability to perform a tattoo. In the event that this is the case, the deposit will be forfeited. Tattoo clients MUST read and follow the strict pre care and after care instructions for best results. These instructions can be found in the tattoo pre/after care tab above.
Brow & Lash Clients: Please come makeup free to your appointment. Please stop using any skin care products containing retinol or vitamin A for a minimum of 3 days before your appointment. If you are currently taking Roaccutane you will be unable to have any waxing done.
Please have all lash extensions removed if you are booked in for a Lash Lift.
Please read through all aftercare for our Brow and Lash services.
Running Late: To provide a high quality service, please ensure a punctual arrival. please allow ample time for traffic and to find a parking spot. In the event that you are running late, please contact me. A 15-minute grace period will be provided, with the appointment being cancelled after these 15 minutes. In this instance, you will need to cover the appointment missed.
Visitors and children: For safety and insurance purposes, only the person receiving a service will be permitted into the treatment room.
Anaesthetic: Anaesthetic is required for all tattoo treatments. You will need to purchase the following anaesthetic from any compounding pharmacy.
- Lignocaine 5% + Tetracaine 2% + Epinephrine 0.02% gel.
Only a small amount is needed, either 3ml or 5ml.
Anaesthetic is not optional. If you have any trouble please contact us.
