Yes — there is designated parking available at the back of the salon. Alternatively, you can also park across the street at Claremont Quarter. Please allow extra time before your appointment where possible.
We kindly require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Please note tattoos require 72 hours' for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or cancellation fees. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for further details.
Please arrive with clean skin and avoid exfoliants, retinol, or active skincare products 3–5 days prior to your appointment. Specific preparation instructions will be provided depending on your service.
We highly recommend and appreciate you arriving makeup-free to the salon for the efficiency of your appointment time. However, we understand that in some circumstances (i.e. coming directly from work) may affect this, so we can cleanse for you during your service.
Cosmetic tattooing is a semi-permanent treatment that enhances your natural features using a tattoo machine and specialised pigments. It lasts between 1-3 years, depending on your skin type and lifestyle.

The healing process is around 7-14 days (usually about 7-10 but can be a bit longer for some clients)
The fully healed result is 6 weeks later once the cell turnover is complete.
Most clients experience minimal discomfort. A topical numbing cream is applied to ensure a comfortable experience.
Yes, a touch up is required at 6 weeks post treatment to perfect the results.
People who are pregnant, breastfeeding or on blood thinners. If you have a health concern that you think will affect your cosmetic tattoo, please contact us directly.
In many cases, yes. However, previous cosmetic tattooing must first be assessed to determine whether a correction, colour adjustment or alternative approach is suitable.
